Obscurity and the Easy Way Out

I know I have more to say:

(Bright metaphor)
(Expression of isolation)

Stanza two starts and ends.

Well worn words: (cliche)/(genuine emotion)
Not just literate but alliterate
Callous muse, don't you hear?
I need this; (The rest of the line)

Apparently not.
